Order Cancellation Policy
The customer may cancel the order for any reason within two (2) business days and if the products have not been shipped. This can be done by calling 210-5055829, or emailing the customer at beautygr@otenet.gr.
Terms of return of products
Products can be returned only in the following cases:
– That are defective the shipping costs are borne by the company.
– If the goods are defective, the shipping costs will be borne by the company.
For no other reason we will not accept returns. For hygiene reasons, nail polishes cannot be returned. It is therefore advisable to contact us before ordering for any queries. Finally on receipt of your products check for any defects that may be present so that we can replace them.
– The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal 14 days from receipt of the order and request a refund and not necessarily a new order, without giving reasons for the refund.
– The trader must refund the money within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation request. However, he may delay to refund the money if he does not receive the goods or a receipt for the return.
– The money refunded must include the shipping costs paid by the consumer for the purchase the consumer is solely responsible for the return costs.
